Le Vieux Bour-Le Metro sur Bourg-La-Reine

Hello, I've recently started coming here regularly to eat a small (and excellent) sandwich at the counter. It has the atmosphere of a real old-fashioned bistro. Regulars, locals, passersby... It's lovely. Thank you.

Before starting my shift at the Salon d'Île-de-France aux Colonnes, two friends and I discovered this brasserie. We loved everything about it: the dishes on the daily menu, the very kind and attentive waitresses, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere. I don't usually take pictures of the food I eat, but believe me: the black pudding with two kinds of apples was delicious.

Pleasant and attentive service. The food and wine were good (I had a steak and a Chardonnay). The dessert was unremarkable. A good place for lunch. Note: - Noisy, but it's a bistro and the tiled floor amplifies the sound. - Set menu (starter/main/dessert): €19.50 - Not enough sauce for the main courses (the meat was good, but a little dry).

If you're looking for traditional, entirely homemade dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, and you appreciate genuine hospitality, then this restaurant, run by a family of true professionals, is for you. Believe me, I've tried everything in Bourg-la-Reine: here, nothing is frozen... just flavor, generosity, and a warm atmosphere that makes all the difference. I LOVE IT!

We had a wonderful evening with our association. The welcome was, as always, very friendly and warm, and we enjoyed ourselves until an exceptionally late hour. We'll be back!
