Leaving the Verdon gorges on the left bank, one of the rare establishments that serves until 3 p.m. You add the little shaded place that goes well, the top service, and a super tender and generous sirloin and presto, it’s time for a nap! Hotel not tested.

Set in a small charming mountain village. Vieux Chateau is positioned in the centre of the village and is a good refreshment point after travelling through the Gorges de Verdon.

Thank you for the welcome and the service. We had a blast! I recommend the lamb shank with rosemary and honey with its gratin dauphinois which is excellent!! Our daughter enjoyed her lasagna. As for dessert, we weren't disappointed either: lavender crème brûlée was a delight and the chocolate fondant was to die for! We will come back with pleasure.

29/08/2024: Always freshly prepared. Breakfast with jam, coffee and croissant only €5.90, completely fair. Fresh and delicious salad. Baguette always freshly topped. Super friendly. Language not a problem. Everything was very friendly. And then another amazing view of the lake. Great.
