Le Vieux Logis sur Yvoire

We had lunch at the restaurant as part of a group meal. The establishment is neat, pleasant - I for my part appreciated the atmosphere and the decoration. In terms of dishes, I wasn't impressed - the menu was simple: green salad, poultry with mushrooms and frozen nougat. It wasn't really successful, the poultry a little dry, served with rice, the industrial frozen nougat - maybe there were too many of us.

Excellence is the word that corresponds to this family establishment, rich in history. A wedding to organize, don’t hesitate! Meeting at the old house Nicole takes care of everything. A top professional. His kindness will touch you. Her husband will delight you with his cooking and the team is so adorable. A little wink to Serge 😜. Good morning, I wanted to congratulate this hotel!... But what a lovely surprise!.... Not only did we have private parking (although we are in a medieval city), it was therefore pleasant and easy to access! We arrived in a picturesque and warm setting!.... The room (102) was magnificent!...... Room with bathtub upstairs and very beautiful bathroom and brand new Italian shower..... We were in the middle of local housing with a very pleasant setting! We particularly thank the hospitality of the staff and that of the owner!...... (kindness and professionalism!) We look forward to coming back! THANKS.

We stayed 5 days in half board at the Vieux Logis hotel where we had an excellent time, an establishment which has a history, a soul. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, attentive to your needs and does their best to satisfy you. In terms of accommodation, we were on the 2nd floor in a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the streets of the old village and the lake in the background. A modern bathroom. On the catering side: hearty dishes, local preparations (fish, etc.) a short but very tempting menu. A hearty breakfast will be served to you in the morning with a smile. To conclude, we highly recommend this establishment and it will be with great pleasure that we return. We wish them good luck. PS: I have read virulent, harsh comments towards this establishment, looking more like settling scores than helping future vacationers.

De l'accueil au café, ce fût un ravissement. Personnel très souriant et à l'écoute. Personnel très réactif, et dans un endroit aussi touristiique, cela mérite d'être salué. Plats réalisés avec beaucoup de goût et présentation recherchée. Nous reviendrons avec granddans cet établissement. (ceci est l'avis d'une personne qui a passé sa vie à l'hôtel et au restaurant sur toute la France, pendant plus de 25 ans.... )

Nous avons célébré notre mariage au Vieux Logis et tout s'est passé à la perfection. Nos invités et nous-mêmes avons trouvé le repas délicieux, le cadre enchanteur et louons le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de Nicole et de son équipe. Ne serait-ce que pour un repas, allez-y les yeux fermés !
