A wonderful discovery! A magnificent setting, in a beautifully decorated period room. A warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service. Delicious and generous portions. All of this makes you want to come back! Highly recommended!

A very good restaurant. Just a small note about the starter: not too much salad, and especially not four tomato slices which serve no purpose other than decoration. Instead, a decorative touch would be edible, so perhaps a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or raspberry vinegar, or a few other things that would make you want to eat a quarter of a tomato. The owner took my comment well and immediately passed it on. Well done! Then came a surprising dish to eat in Vias: an exceptional cuttlefish stew. Bravo, because being from Sète, frankly, for me, it's the best I've ever had. Excellent dessert. The service was more than perfect, provided by the owner and the wonderful waitress. We had dinner here last night. It has been the best meal of our whole holiday. We eat out a lot in London and this restaurant was as good as anywhere we have eaten in the past year. The food was absolutely amazing, the building historic and super interesting for our kids and the staff were lovely (even though our French is pretty limited).
