Le Vieux Mazot sur Saint-Jeoire

The restaurant is very clean, the starters, main courses, and desserts are fresh and homemade, the génépi liqueur is delicious, everything is excellent! Their reblochon cheese is the best! However, I was trying to drive up the hill in the snow and got stuck. I went to see the owner, who immediately offered his help and managed to get my car back down to the parking lot! Thank you! It's a real pleasure to come to Le Vieux Mazot.

Genuine home cooking, simple but excellent, not to mention Savoyard specialties, perfectly reasonable prices, a friendly welcome, the cherry on the cake, panoramic south-facing dining room and terrace with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. Grumpy McDonald's fans will definitely not find what they are looking for.
