Le Vieux Pressoir sur Rancy

We have been going to this restaurant run by this same couple for 20 years and have never been disappointed. We took the menu for €38 which was justified by the quality of the dishes served. We had an aperitif accompanied by good appetizers, then a dozen snails with very, very good spicy parsley. Then, for the main course, we chose sea bream fillets in shellfish sauce with spinach leaves and beans, a real treat. Then dry cheese and dessert. As it was hot, we opted for some good ice cream sundaes. Otherwise, point of view, relational, an elegant boss who is always professional and friendly and takes care of her customers. And when it was time to pay the bill, we were able to talk with the owner who acts as cook. As always, he took the time to talk to us a little and so we were able to congratulate him on his perfect cuisine to our taste. Honestly, this restaurant is worth the detour. For those who don't know, don't hesitate to stop by, you won't be disappointed.

Always as good with unrivaled value for money, fresh produce and homemade dishes. Owners present in the dining room and in the kitchen, fluid, professional and fast service.

Every time I go to the area for my professional activities, I take the opportunity to go to this restaurant, and have done so for years. The quality/price ratio is exceptional, the products are fresh, very well cooked and the dishes are prepared even for the daily menus during the week. I am used to frequenting restaurants as part of my profession, I would like to find identical ones more often on my route.

Yesterday we stopped for lunch at the old wine press in Rancy warm welcome the owner very attentive we ate well inexpensive and plentiful you really have to be difficult not to like the menus of this restaurant we will go back we liked it keep it up Lucienne and Paul TOUZOT

We have been coming regularly to this address for 10 years. Never disappointed by the welcome or the cuisine, all at a very reasonable price. Homemade with quality products that the cook knows how to sublimate. An address not to be missed if you are in the area!
