Finally, a place that doesn't cut corners. A must-visit in Saint-Nicolas, and what a find! We often search for authenticity, and this place delivers. I savored the andouillette en papillote: perfectly cooked, full of flavor, made with real ingredients—it was simply excellent.
The atmosphere is just like the food: genuine and incredibly welcoming. You can tell they put their heart into it, far removed from tourist traps. It's the kind of country bistro we wish we saw more often. I'll definitely be back, don't change a thing!
Excellent value for money with a set menu at €18.50 (starter, main course, dessert) featuring very good, well-prepared ingredients and efficient service.
