This restaurant has become our favorite in Saint Chinian. Since the new chef took over, the menu has improved significantly. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes is superior, and the presentation is always a feast for the eyes.
In addition, the welcome is warm and the prices are very reasonable.
On our last visit, we (the two of us) chose the three-course menu (€35), which was absolutely delicious.
We highly recommend it.

I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. The welcome and service were warm, the portions generous, and above all, the food delicious.
We needed a quick and warm meal while working on construction sites after the storm.
We don't regret our choice and we will definitely return.

A truly wonderful discovery 😊
The welcome and service were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming, with exceptional care shown to our children.
We thoroughly enjoyed the scallop tartare and Thai soup as starters, as well as the rabbit in cider and the revisited "cassoulet" as main courses.
The latter was a pleasant surprise and, above all, absolutely delicious.
You can go there without hesitation 🤩

We ordered fish. It was fine. My only complaint is the lack of French meat. I find that regrettable. Given its origin, I suspect it was frozen. As the wife and mother of cattle farmers, you can understand my disappointment. Nothing beats the quality of our local meat; let's look at the standards of our neighbors.
