Le Village sur Saint-Chinian

We had tuna with mango and carpaccio for starters. Both dishes were deliciously prepared and had a sublime taste. For main course we all had Cassolette with blood sausage and a piece of sirloin steak. It was really delicious too. For dessert we had creme brulee, sorbet ice cream and a dessert with a twist of tequila. All accompanied by local wine and even though you are sitting in the square off the main road, there is a wonderful atmosphere without having to think about the traffic passing by while you enjoy the meal. Thank you for another wonderful meal with us.

We stopped for lunch at the Village restaurant. Highly recommended! Delicious, light cuisine. Quality ingredients, beautiful presentation. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We'll be back. The staff were fantastic and very friendly.

A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine, a real treat for the taste buds, and a lovely shaded terrace in the summer. We will gladly return when we are next in St Chinian.

Passing through Saint-Chinian with my mother and Moka, our little chihuahua 🙂, we made a wonderful discovery. A warm welcome, delicious food, we'll gladly return to eat there when we're in the area again.

A very warm welcome, as always, friendly atmosphere, and impeccable service. Jean-Marc and Barbara are lovely owners; we felt right at home. The meal was generous and delicious; the chef is fantastic. We highly recommend this restaurant.
