I booked a table for six people on Sunday at lunchtime; we already knew this restaurant. We were very warmly welcomed, and the table met our expectations. Unfortunately, there were a few issues during our experience, and not insignificant ones: - a very long wait to have our order taken. - a very long wait for our food to arrive. - a sizable piece of plastic in the melon and prosciutto dish (from the prosciutto tray, which was the slice separator). I mentioned this to the manager, who told me that this could happen! Really? It should never happen. The melon wasn't good, it was late in the season, and it was poorly cut, with green bits of skin still attached. I ordered regatoni with truffle cream, which was very average: overcooked pasta, under-seasoned, very disappointed, especially since it was my only course. The children's menu arrived at dessert time, and I had to ask for it. The excuses we were given were as follows: there are exhibitions in the square today, and it's very crowded. There are no more people than the restaurant's terrace can hold. There was no compensation offered. I'm disappointed. I hope the restaurant will return to its previous level. Hoping to return soon.

A Sunday dinner with a group of family and friends. This was the third time we brought guests here and it has always been an amazing experience. It is a relaxed atmosphere with a neighborhood feeling. It is not a place you go to if you are in a rush. Sit back, enjoy the view and take your time to socialize with your company.

That evening, there was too much staff walking around smoking and doing nothing. Meanwhile, the owner was busy with work, didn't delegate enough, and when we moved lights aside to hold our conversation, that was suddenly a reason to intervene. The quality of the food is excellent, the view and atmosphere are fine, but the younger staff in particular could use some lessons in customer-oriented service.
