A wonderful moment in the 40 years I have known this place. New owners since October 2023 who have been able to keep the spirit of the place while bringing a touch of freshness and spontaneity as well as a successful contribution of Italian gastronomy. I will come back with pleasure.

31/03/2024: Very good experience with an excellent little Chablis. The dishes are very generous and perfectly prepared, lots of flavors. I recommend
10/03/2024: A menu that is out of the ordinary, smelts as an aperitif, a scallop carpaccio, razor clams with citrus fruits and pesto for example. The dishes are varied and sophisticated, it's a very good discovery. The staff is attentive and pleasant, the chef comes to the dining room, you feel good at Ricochet. We will definitely return.
