It would have been necessary to scale the sea bass since it was covered in the sauce (very good by the way). Because of the serving hatch in the room, you have the impression of being in a canteen. Also the JBL music was much too loud and not very suitable for a restaurant, better something more subdued, jazzy or piano, but it was certainly to try to camouflage the noise from the adjoining kitchen.

Another excellent dining experience in Le VIP. Tempura Prawn starters the likes of I have seen nowhere else. Cote de Boeuf cooked and presented to perfection. Desserts to fight over. A wine list carefully chosen. Service first class and a really nice chilled atmosphere.

26/08/2024: Bonne adresse. Carte brasserie faite de bons produits. Personnel sympa et efficace. Belle terrasse d’été. Prix corrects.
19/08/2024: Conseiller par un commerçant du coin, nous avons été ravis de suivre ce conseil. Une vraie brasserie avec un service rapide et avec des serveurs très agréables. Le repas était très bon et copieux. Une bonne adresse à Perpignan.
