Best meal we have had in quite a while (including those at other 1* restaurants). Yes, it’s more expensive than all the standard restaurants closer to the centre but the difference in quality of ingredients, taste and service far exceeds this difference in price. Well worth the money.

What comment can you write when everything is perfect? Two small tips: 1) Ask for one of the tables along the river. 2) Parking isn't easy, so plan ahead a little to avoid being late.

This was our fifth visit to Le Vivier, and once again we were greeted with fantastic food and very friendly and attentive service. Beautiful location with a large terrace right on the Sorgue River. We'll definitely be back!

Definitely worthy of its Michelin star. We had the six-course menu, and every single course was overwhelmingly delicious. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff as well. Grand merci à tous!

Our third visit to Le Vivier was once again a truly special experience. The menu was absolutely top-notch – creative, perfectly composed, and of the highest caliber in terms of taste. Each course was a highlight in its own right, showcasing the great passion and precision of the kitchen.
A very special thank you goes to the entire team: incredibly fast, polite, attentive, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. This combination is precisely what made the evening so special for us.
The menu was clearly the star of the show – and rightly so. We will definitely be back! Le Vivier remains one of our favorite Michelin-starred restaurants in Provence.

Delicious food, a magnificent setting (both inside and out), and a very attentive, knowledgeable, and discreet staff. We opted for the four-course menu, which was perfect for us. Special mention goes to the sweetbreads, the olive oil, the glass of red wine, and the herbal tea. Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

We visit Le Vivier whenever we are in Provence. Their standard remains top-notch and has never disappointed. The amuse-bouches, the dishes on the menu, and the desserts are delicious. The atmosphere is convivial and the service is impeccable. We love returning.
