A wonderful team of collaborators: the reception staff, the sommelier, and the waitresses and waiters were all efficient and appreciated for their humor. Update 2026, visit 3&4: After having lucked out with the weather, we were finally able to take lunch on the terrace over the river. This year we went twice in a fortnight. The market menu is still inventive and beautifully presented. We're already looking forward to next year!

An absolutely incredible experience at Le Vivier.
From the moment we arrived, everything was in place for an exceptional time: a magnificent setting, a warm welcome, and impeccable service.
Lunch was simply perfect. Each dish was a true discovery, refined, balanced, and bursting with flavor. You can taste the work, the precision, and the passion in every plate.
It's the kind of place where time stands still, where you can fully savor the moment. A wonderful surprise and a moment to remember.
I highly recommend it, and I will return with great pleasure.

A wonderful experience for a birthday ❤️
The cuisine was refined and full of flavor; everything was excellent.
The setting is magnificent with a soothing view of the Sorgue River, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
The staff was incredibly attentive: they kindly replaced our dessert and even gave me some petit fours for my birthday, a very thoughtful touch.

We highly recommend it! It's a pleasure to eat there every time, whether for lunch or dinner, and whether you choose the 3-course market menu or a 4/6/8-course menu, it's always a wonderful experience! The staff is incredibly attentive and fantastic!

Quite surprising for a Michelin-starred restaurant, with tastes and flavors I'm not used to. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't my best. It will certainly appeal to many of you who appreciate originality and a variety of flavors.

Visited more than 10 times. Absolutely top-notch. I discovered this restaurant in the summer of 2005. Excellent value for money. The owner, Patrick Fischnaller, provides a warm and perfect welcome.
Innovative menu. Wonderful discoveries on the wine list. The only drawback: you might easily miss it (just before the roundabout towards Fontaine, hidden behind a Crédit Agricole branch).
