From the cocktail hour to the drinks, from the meal to the wedding cake, not forgetting the petit fours… everything was not only excellent, but far exceeded our expectations. Every guest was delighted, and we received nothing but compliments throughout the day and evening.
We also absolutely loved the completely homemade drinks, which were as delicious as they were refreshing. As for the food, everything was prepared with truly fresh, local, and homemade ingredients. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients, the respect for the produce, and the passion behind every bite. It's so rare these days, and it makes all the difference.
We also greatly appreciated the fact that everything was tailored to our tastes and preferences. You were able to personalize the menu, offering dishes that truly reflected us, taking into account that every wedding is unique and everyone has different tastes. This personalized attention made the experience even more special and unforgettable.
The presentation was magnificent, elegant, and meticulously crafted. The flavors were incredible, the cooking perfectly executed, and the lively plancha demonstrations added a convivial and spectacular touch that everyone loved.

Given the intense heat on our wedding day, you adjusted the cocktail hour menu by modifying certain dishes to ensure the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
