Le Witloof sur Ennevelin

Great time, great atmosphere, top place without any fuss.

The toilet door being constantly left open by customers was particularly unpleasant.

A great find, pleasant setting and very friendly service. The food is

We had an excellent evening at Witloof. The menu was short and delicious, featuring high-quality local produce. The wine cellar also boasted some very nice selections. The staff was fantastic!

A wonderful first experience at this much-improved bistro, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like dining in a grand house with exposed beams and a cellar. The service was top-notch, with a very professional and smiling waitress, and a most welcoming owner who makes you want to come back! The wine selection was left to the owner's discretion, and we have no regrets—a real gem, perfectly paired with the meat. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back; we had a wonderful wedding anniversary evening!

Nothing to say except: perfect as usual, thank you and above all keep up the good work!

We went there as a family. The food is good and the portions are generous, but the presentation could be more appealing. I ordered the pulled pork: obviously, by definition, it's not a visually striking cut of meat, but having 250 to 300 grams served as a rather shapeless patty, without any accompanying garnish, didn't exactly whet my appetite (even though I do enjoy it). The side of bacon-wrapped fries was nice, but combined with the pulled pork, it was a bit much (and yet, I subscribe to the "fat is life" motto!). A little bit of greenery would have helped balance it out. As for the atmosphere, it was generally calm (which was appreciated because my father-in-law has hearing difficulties), except when the owner came by. He has a very loud voice: we suddenly couldn't hear each other, and to top it off, we were the only table he didn't come to greet. This was our second visit to the Witloof. The first time had gone very well, but this time the experience was much more average.

The welcome was perfect, we ate very well and the service was top-notch.

A fantastic evening! Top-notch service! Generous portions, both in terms of the welcome and the food. This is a place you'll absolutely love, a must-try and one to add to your "favorites." To the whole team, simply "thank you for this wonderful experience."

We had a great evening 👍 Fantastic team, our table neighbors were super friendly...we'll definitely be back
