Delicious beef flank steak with shallot and vegetable sauce, I recommend it.

Very pleasant, the kitchen was PERFECT. I had the pork belly cooked for 50 hours and it was excellent!!! Otherwise we had a scallop tartare and a beef tataki.

A very nice and commercial boss. He made a mistake when he served me my white wine. So he left me the first drink. This is not common. Bravo to him.

We are always “scared” when we go to a resort restaurant in winter; but there, we were charmed. The service and the cuisine are top notch and we had a great time. We'll come back.
