I'm giving it 3 stars so as not to skew the overall positive review. But when you order a Dame Blanche for €10, and you ask the waitress beforehand if it's made with real melted chocolate or coulis, and she assures you it's real melted chocolate when it's actually coulis, that's a problem for me. When I ask for an explanation and am again assured it's real chocolate, that's just unacceptable. I could understand a mistake, but this is bad faith, so it's not great for a customer who was expecting a treat and is very disappointed with their dessert, which is just plain, industrial coulis.

12/11/2025: New ownership! My friend and I were pleasantly surprised; the new managers are very welcoming. The service is top-notch! I highly recommend this place; go for it without hesitation! 😍😍
23/10/2025: We ate there on a Wednesday evening, at the port of Lattes. The welcome and service were impeccable. The grilled fish was very good; the presentation was worthy of a top restaurant. A nice surprise; highly recommended. The owner, a very attentive chef, came to greet us. We have a loyalty card; we'll be back.

30/03/2026: The restaurant is pleasant, but the prices are high considering the quality of the food. Furthermore, the waiters encountered a technical problem with our friends' food and made no attempt to compensate them, even though they ate after us.
25/03/2026: Thanks to a gift box I received for my birthday, we had the pleasure of rediscovering Chalet Chamoniard… and what a wonderful surprise! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Stéphan, which immediately set the tone. Once seated at our table, we met Joël, aka “Papi,” who greatly contributed to making the experience even more enjoyable. The meal was simply fabulous: generous yet not excessive appetizers, top-quality meat, and an authentic dessert that perfectly rounded off the experience. A big thank you to the entire team, and congratulations to Laurent for this beautiful establishment. See you very soon!
