This is my favorite restaurant in Salon de Provence. Same for the fish market. The products are fresh, the staff are very welcoming and the service is impeccable. Sure value!

L’eau à la bouche is located on Place Morgan in Salon de Provence. The service was perfect even if the welcome from the waitress may seem cold at first but not at all she is very friendly, smiling and professional, it's a pleasure! Regarding the dishes, they are fresh and well balanced, the Marseille pot is just to die for and the scallops with parsley are crazy. Lemon meringue pie revisited, what a delight. We were used to eating in a Marseille institution but the mouth-watering restaurant has nothing to envy of this institution. Small downside on the tables, I would advise for dinner services to set the tables with a tablecloth and cloth napkin, this will raise the bill and the atmosphere a little because the bistro table and the paper menu placemat are a little average We will come back with great pleasure to taste the bouillabaisse! Good food, fresh produce. We had a great time and I will go back. We ordered a platter, a Marseille marmitte, and a dessert. Everything was very good. My only remark was an impromptu birthday meal, we spent €244 between 3, and recommended 3 digestives. A commercial gesture on digo would have been nice.
