Found really by chance in the city 10 days ago and open on Wednesday, which is rather rare! Very warm welcome, smiling and friendly, very generous and good, well located with parking right in front and facing the pond, don't hesitate, you will have a good time!

Everything is perfect. Restaurant worthy of a Michelin star: the quality of the dishes and the originality, the flavors, the presentation of the plates, the service, the comfort, the decor, the view of the Etang de Thau and Sète. A great discovery and a real gastronomic pleasure. To book without hesitation. I know what I'm talking about, gastronomy is a religion here in the South West. !!!

Good restaurant, quality dishes. Pleasant place at the edge of the pond and away from the crowds of the port center. A small downside: the time between services, a little long.

Les huîtres en entrée etaient mal ouvertes ( nombreuses écailles) et n etaient meme pas accompagnees de la sauce babituelle vinaigre/ail. Concernant le plat (bourride) , la quantité de lhotte etait vraiment ridiculement petite. En dessert le baba au rhum etait tout à fait correct. Pour le positif à noter le service souriant et rapide. Par contre, la note finale ( l addition) est beaucoup trop salée. Je comprends le classement de ce restaurant à Meze. Effectivement, l abricotier et le rendez vous que je frequente régulièrement sont bien mieux!

03/08/2024: Excellent from start to finish, excellent little cuttlefish with parsley and pork bbq Excellent too, tasty and tender meat. Just incredible children's menu with a real skewer and homemade fries and a filet of flounder with roast potatoes and celery! Excellent !!!!
