The food (mussels, scallop carpaccio, duck, and monkfish) was very good! The children's menu was also excellent. The service was fantastic. We were served in English and even German. We felt very comfortable here. Thank you for a lovely evening.

A very good meal for six of us. The ravioli and the seafood tartare with salmon, tuna, and swordfish were excellent, followed by a tournedos of very red tuna, kidneys, and duck breast. We'll be back.

Recommended by friends, we were lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful lunch at L'eau sel. The set menu, very reasonably priced, immediately caught our eye. There was plenty of choice and variety. The dishes were delicious, with excellent flavors and perfect portions. The setting is magnificent on the terrace overlooking the Thau lagoon, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

18/02/2026: We arrived quite late for lunch in February, and despite the late hour, approaching closing time, and the already crowded dining room, we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness as if we were the only customers of the day! We shared a starter and were surprised to see two separate portions arrive in small casseroles, presented as if we had ordered two starters! The main courses were generous and delicious, and the numerous staff were available and attentive. A great find!
