Pure bliss! Not only are the dishes excellent, but the setting is magnificent. And the icing on the cake: the staff is so charming. I can't wait to go back. A truly excellent place!

I just discovered this restaurant, L'Eau Sel. The quality of the service and the food is exceptional. When I see the restaurants around the port, the quality is far superior to all of them. I found the Aubrac beef to be of exceptional quality (absolutely divine). My wife had fish soup and a fish dish as a main course; she thoroughly enjoyed it. The bill was very reasonable, so I promised her we would go back. When I read reviews from dissatisfied customers, frankly, it surprises me.

A truly wonderful place to discover, offering seasonal cuisine with fresh produce, top-notch service, and a location overlooking the Thau Lagoon. Despite arriving late as a group of 16, the chef arranged for eight sports cars to park right next to the restaurant – a huge thank you! Everything was perfect; one of the finest restaurants in Mèze.

On holiday in the area, and for the second time this week, we were able to truly enjoy excellent, flavorful dishes and appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff... a special mention for Amandine 👍 We highly recommend this restaurant!!!

18/02/2026: We arrived quite late for lunch in February, and despite the late hour, approaching closing time, and the already crowded dining room, we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness as if we were the only customers of the day! We shared a starter and were surprised to see two separate portions arrive in small casseroles, presented as if we had ordered two starters! The main courses were generous and delicious, and the numerous staff were available and attentive. A great find!
