Very disappointed with our visit, a big drop in the quality of food since our last visit, the meat wasn't up to standard, and the prices were too high.

My first experience at L’Ebresse this Wednesday evening and I wasn't disappointed at all. The menu looked tempting, but the starter included something I don't eat. The chef offered me a suitable alternative so I could still choose the full menu. The staff were very friendly, always happy to explain things, and offered excellent wine recommendations! The dishes were delicious and the portions were more than generous. What's more, they allowed my dog ​​to come with me, which isn't always easy to do, so that was a huge plus for me. A great find, I'll definitely be back! :-)

Everything on the set menu was excellent. Everything is homemade and well thought out. The three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) at €39 was superb for the quality of the ingredients. We opted for the Ebresse spritz (made with mirabelle plum brandy), created by the owner—a real gem. The photos speak for themselves.

Excellent place, very good flavors that are a nice change from traditional dishes, decent portion sizes, prices justified.

This restaurant is worth a detour, run by a young restaurateur as pleasant as the meat they serve—and that's coming from a meat lover! The setting is lovely. They also offer an appetizer platter featuring local cheeses, and the staff is top-notch. I rarely leave reviews, but this one truly deserves it.
