A truly exceptional and timeless experience, we will cherish this evening in our hearts, both for the quality and originality of the dishes and for the exceptionally warm welcome and service. I would like to thank all the staff and, of course, the chef who took the time to visit each table to ensure everything was perfect. You certainly deserve a Michelin star; nothing is left to chance, it's more than perfect. We can't wait to come back.

Our third visit to L'Ecailler, and the pleasure remains undiminished! Our two previous visits delighted us, and this latest one, on January 1st to kick off the year (because yes, we booked too late for the 31st!), only confirms the excellence of the place. Everything is there, starting with the warm and extremely attentive welcome (a special mention to the Quebecois for his genuine smile), the intimacy and comfort of the dining room, but it's on the plate that the real treat lies, with extremely refined dishes that showcase simple yet carefully selected ingredients, elevated by the chef's genius, whose audacity and creativity are truly appreciated. And while some establishments fall short with their desserts, this is not the case here, as they allow the meal to end in a triumphant finale of flavors. The service is impeccable, the wine recommendations are insightful, and some wines are very affordable, which helps keep the bill from being excessively high. As you've probably gathered, L'Ecailler is a must-visit that truly elevates the art of epicurean living! The chef's visit at the end of the meal is a delight; his passion is palpable. I'll soon be fortunate enough to be living on the island year-round, which will allow me to frequent this wonderful establishment regularly! Thank you again for these moments of shared pleasure.
