L'Echaillon sur La Salle-Les-Alpes

We love this very pleasant place. It's very professional, so the food is excellent, and the service is very friendly. Even for a late-morning coffee, which elsewhere would disturb the team finishing up for the busy service ahead, at L'Echaillon we are welcomed warmly, and we can pay by credit card!

A beautiful spot in the heart of the Serre Chevalier ski area. The staff was very welcoming, and the atmosphere was great, with a fireplace and an incredible view of the valley. Despite a mistake by an employee during service, we were offered a complimentary aperitif and fries while we waited—a very thoughtful gesture, which isn't always the case these days. Despite the wait, the team took good care of us. The meat was very flavorful and of good quality. The staff clearly enjoy their work. I highly recommend it.

A short break at Echaillon in a magnificent setting to enjoy a delicious chestnut-speculoos tiramisu served by the jovial Flora!

We stopped by for a snack on the slopes and we loved it! Friendly servers, top-notch musical taste (long live Francis!), and the best blueberry pie of the week!

Fantastic service the best we’ve had in Serre Chevalier ! The staff were courteous, friendly and the food great. The menu was extensive. Something for everyone. Great atmosphere with open fire and all round mountain views. Definitely recommend

Fantastic friendly mountain restaurant, run very professionally by Julian and Christophe with delicious food and (if weather allows) the perfect sunny terrace. Shout out to Stan for friendly, professional and prompt service on our several visits this season. Worth booking at busy times.

Excellent mountain restaurant whose only equal is its perfectly seared ribeye steak! Top-notch service, and a special mention to Flora who was absolutely lovely!
