I went to L'échelle restaurant last night with my sister and a friend. A wonderful discovery! From the appetizer to the dessert, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Kudos to the chef! Our waitress, Justine, gave us a very warm welcome; she was smiling, funny, and professional. She listened to our needs and provided excellent service. I just found the local wine a little pricey. I highly recommend this restaurant.
