An address to remember! The waitress Justine was amazing!! Smiling and very pleasant! The chef in the kitchen!! Despite the heatwave and 60 degrees Celsius... she did an incredible job! We ate incredibly well! The mussels marinière were fantastic! Thank you again for this wonderful meal and especially for the warm welcome! Don't change a thing! You're the best!!! If you're ever in Les Sables, go there! Seriously!!! I highly recommend it! A lovely restaurant with a terrace, impeccable service, and truly excellent cuisine!!! L'Échelle, a sure thing!!! PS: I don't understand how anyone can leave a negative review!! Thank you again for this delicious dinner! And well done, ladies! The quality of the food really deserves to be highlighted... I went to L'échelle restaurant last night with my sister and a friend. A wonderful discovery! From the appetizer to the dessert, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Kudos to the chef! Our waitress, Justine, gave us a very warm welcome; she was smiling, funny, and professional. She listened to our needs and provided excellent service. I just found the local wine a little pricey. I highly recommend this restaurant.
