L'Echiquier sur Sedan

An excellent restaurant in Sedan, ideally located right opposite the castle. We had lunch inside, as the terrace was full, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is very clean, the service is impeccable, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the lovely bouquet of flowers on each table, as well as the basket of assorted breads—a very nice and original touch. The dishes were delicious and served promptly. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

Everything was perfect, from the appetizers to the main courses. The cuisine was high-quality and mouthwatering from the first bite. Refined with incredible flavors. Very professional and fast service, fresh products, vegetable spring rolls, Greek carpaccio, and the prices are not excessive.

We had dinner at this restaurant with friends. All the waitresses were incredibly attentive. I'm lactose intolerant, and they were able to prepare dishes to suit my needs. A special mention goes to Cécile, who was exceptionally warm and caring. We thoroughly enjoyed the menu. I personally ordered the lamb chops, which were absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Everything was perfect. The meal was excellent from start to finish. We opted for the set menu (starter/main/dessert). The price was very reasonable considering the quality. Impeccable service. Very clean. In short, I highly recommend it.
