We were very happy to shop here, not least because of the aircon! We were also able to buy food and presents at very reasonable prices. We found the staff helpful and polite.

This store is great, it's well located

The explanations from the charming lady (just kidding) left much to be desired. It was the sales, so I bought a dress, but unfortunately it was too big for my mother. I took it back, and she told me they didn't accept returns on sale items. Really? Where does it say you don't accept returns on sale items? Well, we can't display that information since we're not allowed to. Lol, sorry ma'am. Well, I didn't let it go; I asked to speak to a manager. Anyway, I've never seen anything like this in a large store like Leclerc. I understand not accepting returns on sale items for underwear, but there's no sign indicating it. Frankly disappointed. And this young woman has no business being at the customer service desk.

Large store, but not necessarily cheap

I don't know if this is the proper thing to do, but I'm taking the liberty of giving Asma 5 stars in response to Ms. Erika Rabouin's comment. She simply tells us that she's been getting a refund for the price difference on a product for two months and then decides to lash out at the only person who told her that a refund wasn't possible this time, hence her bad experience. Clearly, this is one of the few people who actually does their job properly. By targeting her, you've only highlighted her professionalism. The customer is certainly king, but there are limits, and you should be ashamed, Ms. Rabouin, of singling out Asma like this. It's truly sad. I work in the industry, and I sincerely hope this won't affect her performance indicators. Sincerely, Leclerc Tonneins.

I come every day to buy Yop banana kiwi yogurt, but it's not labeled correctly in the aisle. I've been reporting this for over two months. This Sunday, like every day, I came, and the receptionist (Asma) brushed me off, saying it was my responsibility to check the labels and that usually I get a refund for the difference. I've complained several times. Apparently, the information has been passed on, but nothing has changed in this aisle. (Photo attached)

Great store, and the employees are very friendly and kind, even the ones at the reception desk. I asked if I could do a Duoday promotion, and the employee who gave me the form was very kind. Everyone at this Leclerc is friendly.
