This evening was an absolute delight. There were two of us. The amuse-bouche consisted of zucchini soup, watermelon with feta, and small sweet and salty biscuits. Absolutely divine. The zucchini croquettes and basil panna cotta as a starter were simply delicious, bursting with flavor. The fact that these dishes were vegetarian demonstrates that with skill and care, a meal without meat can be transformed into a truly exquisite experience. For the main course: roasted duck breast and fish. Both were cooked to perfection, and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. The sauces were simply divine. We devoured every last bite with the accompanying bread. The bread couldn't have been fresher. Dessert: strawberry and pistachio cream with fruit jus and honey entremet with ganache. A truly heavenly finale. I have rarely eaten better. The service was very friendly and attentive, yet unobtrusive. When it started to rain, they offered us a table inside, and the move was very smooth and uneventful. The ambiance in this former school was wonderfully cozy, as was the terrace. I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful evening. The value for money is more than reasonable. In Germany, we would have paid significantly more for something comparable. We're considering coming back in a week when we travel back home!
