A gastronomic gem with unbeatable value for money! I've rarely enjoyed a lunch menu of this quality at such a reasonable price. Starter, main course, and dessert for only €20! L'Ecuelle d'Or is definitely worth a visit to Clairac, this charming little town, admittedly a bit isolated, but very pleasant. With this level of culinary mastery, you absolutely must (re)discover this establishment where gastronomy truly comes to life. To top it all off, the welcome is extremely pleasant, both warm and familial. A must-visit in the Lot-et-Garonne (department 47)!

A wonderful discovery in a small village. Small restaurant, but a large table! The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The service is efficient, pleasant, and always smiling, even when the waitress is working alone. A place that's definitely worth the detour! I'll be back (especially to finish the meal I had to cut short because of my partner's migraine...).

A truly delightful lunch with colleagues in a cozy setting. The tables were beautifully set, the tableware lovely, the dishes were beautifully presented, and above all, they were absolutely delicious. I loved my seafood casserole. I was on a tight schedule, and the service was excellent! Thank you for the wonderful time we had 🙏

09/01/2026: We absolutely fell in love with Château de la Mothe and with Rebecca and Cyril! 😍 For three days, this place was so much more than just a setting for our wedding: it was our sanctuary. We felt instantly and completely at ease there, and our guests are still talking about it today! The château and grounds are absolutely magnificent: they have retained all their old-world charm while offering perfect comfort. It's both breathtaking and incredibly simple, elegant without being pretentious, warm and authentic. A rare balance that makes the place even more special! ✨ Rebecca and Cyril are incredibly kind, attentive, and caring hosts, always available and responsive! Their discreet and reassuring presence greatly contributed to the serenity of our stay and the magic of those three days. We all loved staying there and sharing these unforgettable moments. What a joy to have celebrated our wedding in such an inspiring place… and we hope to return someday!
