We never tire of this refined cuisine, where every ingredient is perfectly prepared!
The restaurant offers a 3-course market menu for €28, unbeatable for such high-quality food.
Moreover, the welcome is always perfect, and the staff will always go out of their way to pamper you 🤩
I highly recommend it if you're passing through St-Trojan, and it's even worth a detour if you're simply on the island ☺️

I went twice: first to try the à la carte menu, then a second time to sample the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) for €28.
The set menu is a bit simpler than the à la carte options, but the quality is excellent in both cases. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes are perfectly prepared, and the flavors are superb.
My only slight complaint: the glass of Pineau, although the same brand as that offered in several other restaurants on the island, costs €7.50, compared to around €4 elsewhere. I found it a bit pricey.
However, this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the establishment. It's a place I return to every time I'm on Île d'Oléron, and I'll gladly go back. I highly recommend it.

What a great place! As a year-round resident, I visit several times a year.

A wonderful discovery in Saint Trojan.
The decor is warm and tasteful, and the small terrace is perfect for enjoying a peaceful meal outdoors.
We went as a couple with our two 4-year-old children and received a very warm welcome. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly.
The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, featuring high-quality ingredients and elegant presentation. The value for money is excellent, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Special mention for the surprise dessert on the children's menu ;-)
An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return!
