A wonderful discovery in Courseulles-sur-Mer! L’Écume offers delicious, refined, and generous cuisine. The ingredients are fresh, the dishes beautifully presented, and the service pleasant. A welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend for a truly excellent culinary experience!

The main course was very good, with a delicious fish skewer and meltingly tender pork cheek with a very good sauce. Unfortunately, the dessert was too sweet.

During our stay, we ate at this establishment. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious, fresh, and local food. The staff were incredibly kind. Everything was perfect.

Great experience, no reservation and we still managed to get a table (for two), Admiral menu at €32.90 (see photos) after the meal a walk is necessary for digestion 😁😁😁, thank you to the very friendly team.

Cleanliness needs improvement; two out of three seafood platter tongs were dirty. The restrooms also need a light cleaning. However, the food itself was excellent.

We spent a wonderful time at L'Ecume in Courseulles, enjoying a meal right from our arrival that we didn't miss for the rest of our stay. What can I say? A warm welcome, perfect cuisine (homemade mayonnaise, truly authentic!), fresh shellfish and fish, and delicious cheeses and desserts (the 14th was divine). Thank you to the whole team, especially Chef Frédéric, the manager, for fulfilling my craving for a Camembert omelet... This is an address to put on the dashboard of every car. I'm not giving it 5 stars because there's always room for improvement, but it's definitely worth it. (Martine and Christian, July 29 - August 3)
