We were able to have a tasting beforehand, which confirmed our choice and allowed us to refine every detail. On the big day, the result exceeded all our expectations: our guests were unanimous—everything was delicious, generous, and perfectly presented. For the cocktail hour, he also delighted us with a Savoyard fondue and numerous small treats, all designed with our wedding theme in mind. And as if that wasn't enough, he even prepared roasted chestnuts for us in the afternoon, exactly as I had envisioned. Rudy truly went above and beyond to fulfill my many and very specific wishes.
