A family meal. A warm welcome, a pleasant brasserie, the sole meunière was perfectly grilled, and the gourmet coffee provided a lovely end to the meal.

We had a wonderful meal and don't understand the negative reviews. The servers were very attentive, the mussels were delicious, and the sole was truly excellent. In short, we had a fantastic time in St. Val.

I recommend this hotel.
Very friendly welcome.
The room wasn't luxurious, but it had everything you need for a good night's sleep and was well soundproofed.
The meals were excellent, with a very good selection and quick service. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, partially covered terrace.
The fish rillettes on toast were a nice starter, but for the price, one would expect better. The mussels marinière were tasteless, plain, with very little sauce, and they cooled down quickly. Disappointing.
The children's menu was adequate.
The fries were good and golden brown.

We were very pleased with our visit to this brasserie-hotel. We arrived at the end of service, but they still kindly welcomed us, served us quickly, provided a very good meal, and had a friendly staff. We highly recommend it! 👍🏻👌🏻
