We ate at this restaurant tonight as a family; we stumbled upon it while out for a walk. The all-inclusive menu at €19 caught our eye, and it was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the service was quick, and the staff were very pleasant!

The service was friendly and responsive.
Unfortunately, the meal was a bit of a disappointment. The €19 set menu seemed great at first glance, but the dish of the day (filet mignon with cream sauce) was just average. The meat was very fatty, and the cream sauce was simply smothered on top—it lacked flavor.
The children's menu was good, reasonably priced for the main course, drink, and dessert. Perhaps some aspects could be improved!

We had a wonderful meal and don't understand the negative reviews. The servers were very attentive, the mussels were delicious, and the sole was truly excellent. In short, we had a fantastic time in St. Val.

A family meal. A warm welcome, a pleasant brasserie, the sole meunière was perfectly grilled, and the gourmet coffee provided a lovely end to the meal.
