L'Edulis sur Granville

A great find! A simple menu with excellent products. The flavors, taste, and presentation are all spot on. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended ❤️

We had a generally pleasant experience at this restaurant, although a few details slightly marred our arrival. There was no coat rack at the entrance, which surprised us, and we had to ask the waiter to hang our coats in the coat rack. The hot radiator right behind our table also made it impossible to leave our belongings on the chairs, which was a bit inconvenient. As for the food, the dishes were of very good quality, well-prepared, and flavorful. However, the portions were rather small compared to the size of the plates, and there were few vegetables, which could leave a slight impression of imbalance. The real drawback was the noise: the dining room is not soundproofed at all, resulting in a rather high noise level. The passage between the tables is also very narrow, both for customers and staff, giving the impression of a somewhat overcrowded space. Despite this, the food was good, and the staff was attentive. With a few adjustments to the comfort and layout, the experience could truly live up to the stated ambitions.

A very nice surprise choosing this restaurant. Everything was perfect, mushroom dishes. Pure bliss. The appetizers, not to mention the petits fours and of course the service and especially the CHEF!

Extraordinary cuisine, an exceptional chef.

The cuisine is exceptional, creative, an explosion of often unknown flavors. The dishes are all of high quality. But the chef's talent is spoiled by: Sticky tables that make you feel dirty, very annoying. No cloakroom (it's really that it's rarely cold, rainy, or windy in Granville!) Mismatched glasses on the same table. An overpriced wine list, even though the menus are affordable. A shame...
