The service, meanwhile, borders on perfection. Attentive without being intrusive, professional yet warm, it accompanies the meal with rare fluidity. In short, Édulis offers a gastronomic experience that clearly deserves to be recognized at the highest level. A Michelin star would be only fair for an establishment of such quality.

A wonderful experience. The servers were attentive. All the dishes were delicious, refined, and sophisticated. It was the first time I'd ever had Jerusalem artichoke for dessert, and the pairings were excellent. We will gladly return to this restaurant and believe it deserves a Michelin star, especially compared to other starred establishments in the region.

We had a generally pleasant experience at this restaurant, although a few details slightly marred our arrival. There was no coat rack at the entrance, which surprised us, and we had to ask the waiter to hang our coats in the coat rack. The hot radiator right behind our table also made it impossible to leave our belongings on the chairs, which was a bit inconvenient. As for the food, the dishes were of very good quality, well-prepared, and flavorful. However, the portions were rather small compared to the size of the plates, and there were few vegetables, which could leave a slight impression of imbalance. The real drawback was the noise: the dining room is not soundproofed at all, resulting in a rather high noise level. The passage between the tables is also very narrow, both for customers and staff, giving the impression of a somewhat overcrowded space. Despite this, the food was good, and the staff was attentive. With a few adjustments to the comfort and layout, the experience could truly live up to the stated ambitions.
