Every time it's flawless. Refined, surprising, and very excellent cuisine. The presentation is sophisticated and perfect. The service is neither too much nor too little. Simple, elegant, it is just perfect for our taste. To highlight the cooking of the sea plums in particular, it is just perfect and that changes everything. In short, congratulations to the whole team and in particular to the chef for his search for surprises which delight us every time.

The setting is certainly pleasant, but there is something that "flops", perhaps the lack of tablecloth, it's quite unpleasant in terms of touch and aesthetically it looks a bit bistro..
Maybe it’s this empty room, there were only 4 of us that evening and like the “touch of the table” it’s a little cold!
The service is not unpleasant, but not pleasant either, rather self-effacing, it is quite neutral, almost surgical, without emotion, a bit like the atmosphere that evening.
On the wine list side there are some beautiful bottles but on the wines by the glass the choice is really ridiculous and even though I looked for little gold ones in my glass of water I found nothing! so please stop the Chateldon at €9 it’s just scandalous for a bottle of water
As for the food, it's in line with the general atmosphere, nothing amazing, a "flat" encephalogram the plates are well presented but something is missing to be transported far away, it's just good but wait for something else something of a gourmet. The cooking of the fish is mastered but the flavors go away quickly, like the babiboulga of scallops and fennel, I expected more technicality than a fennel vinaigrette and such small nuts.. The Cuttlefish Beetroot starter is for its part a real success with depth and a magnificent play of texture on the beetroot. The pearly yellow pollack would have deserved a more benevolent escort than this emulsified watercress and these raw black radishes placed directly on the fish (why?).
The local cheeses will not leave you with a lasting memory apart from the magically matured Camembert with exceptional balance.
The dessert is just “good” it’s classic without surprise we forget quite quickly..
In summary we put it just average, but we come away with a certain disappointment, after reading certain rave reviews we expected much more audacity and flavor in the dishes, it lacks this spark, this magic which makes the difference between a good and a memorable restaurant, in the end at 83€ per person we say to ourselves that it is bad value for money we leave the room without memories....
