We arrived around 2:15 pm, a time when most restaurants have already closed their kitchens. Despite this, the owner, visibly tired after service, greeted us warmly and invited us to sit down for lunch.
Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations: everything was delicious, carefully prepared, and bursting with flavor.
The staff was attentive, discreet, and truly welcoming, which made our lunch even more enjoyable.
An excellent restaurant that we wholeheartedly recommend. If we ever return to Versailles, we will gladly come back.

We've been going to this restaurant for 15 years, and the variety of condiments, like the small figs, baby corn, and bamboo shoots in the dishes, has disappeared. The food is still good, but the portions are smaller. The value for money is also declining.
Three shrimp in a "royal" rice dish?! And they charged an extra 2 euros because it was "royal" rice… In short, it's a shame that this once-great restaurant is declining in quality year after year. We hope it will be the same again.
