A wonderful evening! We enjoyed the special Valentine's Day menu, complete with wine pairing and a cheese plate. The lentil theme made for a superb experience. The service was attentive and refined, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. The menu was carefully prepared and tasteful, allowing us to fully appreciate the experience while maintaining social distancing.

I was a little disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. The setting is pleasant and the service polite, but that doesn't make up for the clearly poor value for money. It's a shame, because it has potential, but today the bill was far too high for what was offered.

The food was pretty good, but the dessert really impressed us! I think it became the best dessert I've had in recent years 🤭 the location is really nice, and the service is great.

An exceptional and unmissable restaurant that will leave you wanting to return without hesitation.

A very good experience. The ultra-local cuisine is refreshing and the service, less stuffy than in a classic Michelin-starred restaurant, is a breath of fresh air.

We had a delightful evening in a warm and tastefully decorated setting. We enjoyed a succession of dishes created by the chef, paired with a surprising and remarkable wine selection. The chef had the courtesy to personally present each course at our table, which is very exceptional for a Michelin-starred chef. The wine service was provided by a charming and knowledgeable person who truly impressed us. We will return with immense pleasure.

I sincerely thank the team at this restaurant for the warm welcome, the delicious food, their smiles, their meticulous work, and the wine list that truly delights! Special mention goes to the squash dish and, above all, to a menu that introduced me to ingredients I don't usually enjoy on a daily basis ;) What's more, it was absolutely delicious! That's why I go to these kinds of restaurants, but yours is truly a welcoming place, with a warm and intimate atmosphere. Thank you, you're the best! I hope to return soon!

43 years of marriage celebrated with great pleasure in a refined atmosphere within an intimate setting where everyone felt comfortable. The dishes, prepared with local ingredients, were all presented and served with delicate attention to detail, without any hint of formality. The carefully chosen music was very pleasant. Everything was perfect for marking this special occasion with joy! I highly recommend it.

L’Émulsion lives up to its name: emotions simmer and flavors resonate with rare precision. Each dish delights a little more than the last. The Antésite dessert is a poem of contrasts, the fish exquisitely delicate, and the ravioli remarkably refined. Only the transition to the rabbit seemed a bit abrupt after so many vegetal delights. However, the pace of service is a little too fast… But the real disappointment comes at the end: at 3:05 p.m., the owner asked us to leave the table, wanting to close to go watch her son play football. The anecdote might have been touching elsewhere, but in a restaurant of this caliber, it's surprising—especially since the menu indicates closing time is 3:30 p.m. It was a moment of haute cuisine, a very pleasant culinary journey… but marred by a dissonant final note. We will undoubtedly remember an exceptional meal, but an experience we will not repeat.
