L'Emulsion sur Chambery

Very mixed about this restaurant... the food is good but the portions may need to be reviewed for the foie gras starter (which in my opinion is more akin to an appetizer quantity). I order a tomato salad as a starter, it comes with a burrata stuffed with pesto, however mine did not contain any, it was only when I asked the waiter that I was told that there was no has more pesto in the kitchen (something I can totally understand but I would have preferred to be told about it rather than see if I would notice) Additional downside regarding the prices of drinks, the mojito without alcohol is sold at the same price as the one with alcohol, but this is not indicated anywhere on the menu. There is only the normal mojito on the menu but if you request it it is possible to make one without alcohol (which generally costs less) I leave a little disappointed with my experience, too bad

Excellent welcome, quality cuisine, very pleasant surroundings. I recommend without hesitation this restaurant as a family, as a couple or with friends.

For a great first with my partner, we were surprised. The welcome is very warm. The friendly atmosphere and the dishes are very good. Thank you to the waiter who was able to advise us throughout the meal. I recommend without hesitation.
