We had a wonderful time at Lanca restaurant, right on the beach promenade in Cap d'Agde! The setting is beautiful and very pleasant. The service is quick and friendly, and the whole team is very welcoming. The meals are generous, with plenty to choose from for both children and adults, and the dishes are delicious. Special mention goes to the daily special and dessert, which were excellent! The desserts were also delicious. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Great restaurant on the Marcel Proust promenade, right at the foot of the Grand Hotel. The food lives up to the friendliness, kindness, and humor of the servers. I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant experience.

A wonderful discovery! A seaside restaurant with a magnificent view and a pleasant atmosphere. A perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal overlooking the sea. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

The food wasn't bad, but I still found it expensive. I think you're paying for the setting (facing the sea and next to the grand hotel). The waiter was very kind and friendly otherwise.

Very disappointed: upon arrival, we asked if it would be possible to change seats to fully enjoy the view after a table became available: "Yes, no problem!" Of course, this wasn't possible, but the waiter didn't seem to mind. Offering a service and then not delivering it is poor business practice and, above all, deceptive. The salads, although the main course, were meager and left us wanting more; the warm goat cheese salad... two measly slices of goat cheese! Enough to start a duel. As for the chocolate waffle: a dollop of whipped cream wouldn't have gone amiss. And let's not even talk about the chocolate: neither the quantity nor the taste. In short, thank goodness for the view and our friends! A hefty bill for such poor service.

Along the longest sea promenade in Europe, there aren’t that many places to eat. Thankfully there’s L’encas which has excellent food. The fish that I had (sorial - yellowtail) was perfectly cooked as was Saint Pierre (John Dory) which my husband had. We stuffed ourselves and loved it. The service can be a tad slow due to summer crowds so be patient.

We were seated on the terrace with a great view of the sunset and the fireworks. We had a good meal and the service was quick.

A very warm welcome, with very friendly and smiling staff. Excellent food: seafood salad, squid Roman-style, lobster ravioli with asparagus tips in lobster bisque, and delicious waffles and savory galettes. Lovely setting, with a terrace overlooking the beach. If it's too windy, you can eat inside or the establishment provides blankets. All the best!

The dishes were excellent, generous, and served quickly. The mussels and fries were truly exceptional, and we savored every bite. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome. The servers were smiling, friendly, and very professional. They even shared a few laughs with us, despite our sometimes slightly edgy sense of humor, always in good spirits. This is the kind of place where you come not only to enjoy a great meal but also to have a pleasant time thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!
