The pumpkin and chanterelle soup was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly seasonal. The chicken blanquette was tender and generous, and the andouillette was delicious with its creamy sauce. And what can we say about the desserts? They were simply perfect! The dishes are generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and the presentation is meticulous. A huge congratulations to the chef, who manages to combine generosity, finesse, and indulgence in every dish—you can feel the passion and expertise in every bite. The service is impeccable, warm, attentive, and professional, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and friendly.
