Hello, the food is highly recommended. The asparagus starter and beef Rossini main course were excellent, as was the Baked Alaska for dessert, and the wines were of high quality. However, the service was lacking: some inattentive moments (the bread), an oversight (the water), and the removal of the starter plate before it was finished, even though there was time to prepare the main course. This is a definite drawback considering the restaurant and the quality of the food. A very pleasant culinary experience and a bright moment at the start of spring. Thank you.

A peaceful and pleasant place. Beautiful work in the kitchen, beautifully presented. The Rossini lacked warmth, which is a shame. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it for the originality of its dishes and flavors.

We discovered and recommended the restaurant L’Endroit, and it was an excellent experience. In the kitchen, a passionate chef showcases high-quality ingredients with great skill and creativity. The service is also impeccable, with excellent advice, particularly regarding local wines. I highly recommend this establishment if you are visiting Salon-de-Provence or the Provence region.

Excellent restaurant. High-quality cuisine, beautifully presented, showcasing top-notch local produce (lamb, soft-boiled egg, scallop risotto, green asparagus). A solid wine list, featuring wines from Provence and reliable selections from the Northern Rhône. A very pleasant terrace. A great spot at the foot of the Château de l'Emperi, in the heart of the historic center.

It had been a few years since our last visit... Still as wonderful as ever! Excellent traditional cuisine, a very attractive menu with unbeatable value for money compared to the shabby restaurants on the square, a magnificent setting on the edge of the Château de l'Ampéri, a calm atmosphere, attentive staff, and impeccable service. Highly recommended!

Family meal for a birthday. The setting was charming and pleasant; we had a lovely time. The waiter was perfect: professional, smiling, and attentive. However, we were disappointed by the dishes, which lacked flavor and taste (even for fresh ingredients)...and the desserts were overpriced, especially the chocolate cream!

12/03/2026: A good restaurant is simple: the ambiance, the service, and the food. And at Lou Paradou, all three are present. A Salon institution for decades, the restaurant has been given a real facelift since the arrival of the new owners. The decor is now warm and inviting, and you really feel at home. A particular favorite is the round table in front of the pizza oven: you're right in the heart of the action! The service is impeccable: a consistently warm welcome, often with a touch of humor, and remarkable efficiency. You're served quickly, yet you still feel very welcome. I often go there for their pizzas, whose crust I adore. Special mention goes to their arugula pizzas, which I order regularly. And when I order something else, I'm never disappointed: traditional, generous, and expertly prepared cuisine. In short, a wonderful place in Salon-de-Provence where I've been going for two or three years... and where I'll continue to go for a long time to come!
