Old fashioned courtesy and immaculate attention to detail. Superb hospitality staff and owners made us very welcome. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is well-located and very spacious. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but the room was perfect! The welcome was excellent! The parking entrance is just big enough for a van, but it's manageable. 👌

Really great hotel with nice gardens and a swimming pool. Very goot restaurant too. Don't be put off when your sat-nav takes you through a retail estate to get there. It is a quiet, older style hotel that has been modernised to a high standard.

It was a family meal, a christening. Everything was perfect: the setting, the room, the attentive service from the staff, and the quality and choice of the menu. Highly recommended.

We booked a room with two single beds for one night. The beds were quite comfortable, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant. The only downside was the lack of a power outlet by the headboard, so you need to remember to charge your phone beforehand. I would recommend this hotel for any stay in Lens due to its proximity to the Lens2 shopping center and the city center, which is accessible by bus in 20 minutes (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel).

The five star rating is due to the price..a bizarre little hotel in the strangest of places…but, the staff were all lovely, there is also 24hr reception, the food was good, it does room service, it accepts pets, there is a garden outside each room and the rooms were comfortable enough, basic but comfortable, for the price. Supermarket and petrol right next to it if you are roadtripping…oh and free parking which really isn’t the norm in France…if you want a basic stop off an hour from the tunnel 👍👍

06/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome from a lady who explained everything clearly. The fries were delicious. They had just refilled the plate when I served myself. I only gave it 3 stars because I found the meat slightly overcooked, even though I had ordered it rare, and I also thought the portion was a little small.
03/05/2026: I've changed my mind, the dishes are back to how they were before, the Tennessee ones are much better.

22/04/2026: We came for lunch today, two friends. It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was very pleasant, always smiling and very friendly. We loved both of our meals; they were delicious. Thank you to the whole team! Don't change a thing! And if we have the chance, we will definitely come back.
02/04/2026: Delicious, generous dishes, worthy representatives of Northern cuisine! A great spot in the Lens2 shopping center. Fast service, good value for money, warm atmosphere.
