Don’t miss the revisit of the summer truffle pizza: a real treat. This dish is definitely worth the detour. On the other hand, the quality of the dishes is uneven, too bad! Some times, everything is excellent from the starter to the dessert, and others like yesterday, à la carte dish (chicken ballotine) with "splattered" puree in the middle of a split and chipped plate, not at all appetizing, poorly presented and sold 24 euros anyway!! The smiling staff are very friendly and attentive. We will do a fifth try anyway…..

An authentic place where you feel good. The service is very efficient and fast. The dishes come together quickly without waiting. Everything is homemade and it shows. Every taste, texture, sauce is well crafted. We enjoyed ourselves. Great value for money. We will come back, Estelle and Lucas

We arrived there by chance after a walk in the village and at the castle. Lunch on the terrace, under the plane trees. We were very well received despite the presence of our large imposing dog. He had the right to his bowl of water, without even asking 👍. We ate very well, it was excellent. Great peach dessert. Sometimes chance does things very well.

The whole team welcomes with a smile, whatever the weather, whatever the time! The food is good and made with fresh products, guaranteed by a limited choice but covering a wide range of flavors.

Nous y sommes allés sur les conseils du gîte et des avis trip. Le concept fonctionne bien les plats et les entrées sont top. La carte des vins est top. Des pistes de progrès sur les desserts :-p

Very good and nice restaurant located in the center of Le Barroux. When we had dinner there (6 friends) the weather wasn't that great so we couldn't sit outside. Inside the atmosphere is excellent and the staff was very friendly. We settled for the PAVÉ DE CABILLAUD and ENTRECÔTE DE BOEUF as our main dishes (we had already had a heavy lunch) and both dishes were perfect and very tasty. Also these deserts were great. All in all a perfect experience, certainly recommended!

Les Geraniums

13/06/2024: I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The purpose of the trip was to unwind and climb Mt Ventoux. Staying at Les Geraniums in Le Barroux served the the unwinding bit to such an extent, that I completely switched off. The easy pace of the surroundings and the relaxed and 'at home' feeling I experienced at Les Geraniums outperformed any retreats or health spas I have come across. Huw and Geraldine were super hosts and couldn't do enough for us. Everything about the stay was idyllic and postcard perfect. I have recommended Les Geraniums and Le Barroux to my sister and she has already booked a stay for September. Setting out I expected Mt Ventoux to be the highlight of our short visit but our resounding memories are of dining, drinking exceptional wine on the terrace and absorbing the breath-taking views and great conversation. A return visit is on my bucket list.
12/04/2024: This is a charmng place providing real value for money for a three star hotel. From the location overlooking the mountains and town below to the friendly, welcoming owners and the delicious dinner and breakfast served. Le Barroux is a beautiful village and this is a magnificent base to use to explore the region. We stayed on the top floor (no lift) and it provides a commanding view. Quirky rooms but with everything we needed. The property has cascading external terraces with picturesque views; the terraces were being prepared for spring and summer visitors while we were there. Hugh, thanks for your hospitality.
