Fantastic welcome at Victor Hugo, the food is excellent! And the owner, Makhlouf, is everywhere. Great place, and enjoy the new terrace. Highly recommended!!!

We stopped by this bar while we were passing through, and the service was great, the atmosphere was fantastic. The fries were really good and homemade. The bar owner offered free chips with the beer, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend it :))

Great bar! The beers are excellent, lots of choices, and the chef cooks very well! We enjoyed it there; don't hesitate to go if you're in the area.
