The best entrecote I have ever eaten in my life. It's very good and I recommend the profiteroles for dessert, they go with ice cream and they are incredible.

The experience was really good. We had to wait 10 minutes in line because it was full but it was worth it. The entrecôte in sauce is delicious, they put it on a plate with plenty of potatoes and what's left of the sirloin they put on a tray with candles so it stays hot. They let you repeat potatoes and the truth is that you have a good dinner. It's simple and costs €22/person.

One-line review: A restaurant in Toulouse that will make you wait in line The interesting thing about going to France is that there aren't many places where you can wait in line to eat. You can see a lot of thriving restaurants, but you don't often see people waiting in line to eat (there are usually a lot of good restaurants, so it feels like you're just going next door), but it's not common here, but it's a restaurant where people line up. First of all, it is a reasonable price of 22 euros per person (as of March 24), which is not typical of a French dinner, but I think it is because it comes with a large amount of beef and unlimited refills of fried potatoes and bread. When I went there, they gave me a salad that was surprisingly hard to find. Of course, the food tastes quite good. The salad seems to have been seasoned with oil, salt, and vinegar, and the combination is exquisite, and the walnuts provide a good balance of flavor. You can choose the level of doneness for the meat, but I chose medium and it was delicious because it wasn't too tough and the meat had a good flavor. A few pieces of meat were served with the first french fries, and the rest of the meat was served on a metal plate placed over a candle to keep it from cooling. It was interesting that the temperature was just right to retain the heat well without overcooking it. The servers were also very friendly and made me feel very welcome as they welcomed me to France and wanted me to have a good time, which was quite enjoyable. I feel like I will come back again if I go to Toulouse again. There was a branch in the middle of a downtown area in Bordeaux, and when I went there a few days later, there was a huge line to eat.
