This was my first time visiting this training restaurant since it opened at the Angers wholesale market. It was an excellent experience; we were served by very friendly and well-supervised catering students. They deserve our encouragement, because what they're doing is truly outstanding.

A very pleasant lunch and a wonderful discovery of a welcoming place. The menu was a hit with everyone (generous portions, beautifully presented), and the staff were charming and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant, which showcases young talent in a wonderful way.

03/01/2026: Fantastic evening, great music, super friendly and pleasant waiters, clean tables, wide selection of drinks with and without alcohol!
20/12/2025: Honestly, it's a nice little pre-dinner drink. The red beer is really good though, and the staff are friendly.
