The boss's story telling makes the experience incredible, the dishes are delicious (special mention to the crème brûlée)

Without question the best restaurant I’ve visited in Bordeaux. The owner is incredible, very friendly and welcoming plus speaks English which was a huge bonus for me. Food is on another level to any place I’ve been to worldwide for ribs. Must visit place if you’re in Bordeaux. 10/10!

Superb decor and a very pleasant setting full of history The meal is good, a huge, very tender potato with excellent homemade butter! the seasoning (sweet) of the ribs was good but the cooking was not tender enough for my taste. A satisfying salad. The desserts are nice but not my taste but I admit that the crème brûlée is good.

A setting that takes you on a journey, authentic cuisine and top-notch service thanks to Hervé who is a personality in his own right. I recommend this restaurant, for its atmosphere and for the cuisine which is delicious!

This is what you call an extraordinary restaurant. Quality dishes, a multifunctional boss, receptionist, cook, waiter, counter all at the same time. Hats off! Not knowing the place or the character, we pushed the door open before a show. Not really time to immerse ourselves in the place but the boss guided us well so that the dish and the service corresponded to our timing. We will come back without hesitation to taste the ribs and prawns with a little more time. Don't change anything, it's perfect ;-)

Une super soirée passée à L’entrepote, nous étions 7. Nous avons très bien mangé, le lieu est atypique avec une histoire bien à lui. Des qu’on passe la porte, Hervé vous accueille avec toute l’histoire autour de lui et sa famille. Au début retissante à prendre le plat de ribs (déjà pris dans d’autres restaurants, trop gras, pas bien assaisonnés) et finalement ici un régal. Une pomme de terre exquise ! Toute le repas, Hervé s’assure que tout se passe bien et nous raconte pourquoi chaque ingrédient a été choisi. Un restaurant pas comme les autres, qui change de ce qu’on trouve ailleurs. Je recommande pour les curieux et ceux qui veulent vraiment échanger avec les restaurateurs.

Super resto ! Le patron est formidable et les ribs délicieux !! Je recommande les yeux fermés, succès garanti pour vos soirées entre potes 😀

Les plats proposés sont copieux et de qualité. Du fait du petit nombre de couverts, le service est assez rapide, et le restaurateur est attentif aux besoins de chaque client. De plus, ce restaurant bénéficie d'un cadre très original, où règne une ambiance très chaleureuse. Tous les avis positifs que reçoit cet établissement sont largement justifiés !
