L'Envie sur Amiens

Amazing restaurant! The food was delicious and plentiful. The waiter was fantastic, always smiling, and the atmosphere was friendly. I highly recommend it!

Despite some negative reviews, we decided to try "L'Envie," and we weren't disappointed. A warm welcome, friendly and smiling staff, our dishes were beautiful to look at and delicious to eat—refined! Excellent value for money and homemade! A big thank you for this pleasant experience. A restaurant to recommend! We stopped by for lunch on Sunday the 21st for the Christmas market, a family of four.

Excellent value for money. We ate very well while passing through Amiens.

We were drawn in by the menu. When we arrived at our table, we weren't shown the menu... Then we waited 30 minutes for drinks and an hour for our main course. We didn't order dessert to avoid waiting any longer. No apology from the staff... And we paid €120 for just four courses and a children's meal. We do not recommend this restaurant.

We attended L’Envie last night before watching the illuminations at Amiens Cathedral. Both waitresses were lovely, as was Samantha. When the food came out it was presented beautifully and looked amazing. My son had the kids beef mince (burger) and fries, he has allergies so could not have the sauce provided however this was a miscommunication and was easily rectified and they were very happy to do this. I had the Sea Bass and risotto which was lovely and full of flavour, whilst my father had the lamb shank. We both had Crème brûlée which was beautiful. The staff were fantastic, one member in particular spoke excellent English and enjoyed trying to learn new words and it was a pleasure being looked after by her. Samantha also made a massive fuss of my little boy and made him feel particularly special and he too can’t wait to come back. I would visit Amiens again just to visit this restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just had a great evening at this restaurant. A lovely setting by the water, very friendly waiters and waitresses, a serene atmosphere, and good food. Despite some comments, we just had a great evening at this restaurant.

Slight disappointment, the setting is nice, by the water on a busy street. We ordered 5 burgers, the fries were rather average, the meat raw and cold. We couldn't finish them. Too bad.

We chose this restaurant for the attractive price and tempting dishes on offer....a pleasant surprise, a super friendly welcome, tasty and generous dishes. The pleasant setting on the edge of the quays....
