A small, unpretentious restaurant in a very pretty setting on the banks of the Somme. We had a very good lunch there as a family (excellent Picardy-style crepe, delicious fries, and an original and very tasty salad). The welcome and service were extremely attentive and warm. All for a reasonable price.

If you're looking for a restaurant in Amiens, the easiest place to find one is below the cathedral, directly across the Somme River. Several restaurants line up there, making it hard to choose. We stumbled upon L'Envie quite by chance, and we weren't disappointed! The menu is interesting and delivers on its promise: unusual yet delicious, reasonably priced, and served with great friendliness. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return on our next visit to Amiens.

A restaurant called L'Envie... quite a treat... We were definitely not disappointed 🙏.
Delicious dishes for both the eyes and the palate.
