Food was mostly very good for our group of 6. A couple of weaker dishes here and there.
The main issue was very slow and indifferent service. Food took an age to come. Our desserts were forgotten. After we ordered them again it took a hour to arrive. And another 45 minutes to get the bill after that despite asking three times for it. Other restaurants looked better on the same strech to be honest

We stopped at this restaurant without a reservation, just going by the menu. We were delighted to have lunch there. Excellent food, very friendly and welcoming staff. It was a real treat.

A wonderful time at L’Envie d’Amiens! 🌿 Warm and delicious cuisine, with lovely seasonal vegetables, at a reasonable price. The setting by the water in the middle of summer is truly delightful. Special mention to the two waitresses, who were very professional, smiling, and attentive. We were really well taken care of, thank you for this lovely experience! ☀️

A delicious dish (sea bream) despite a small mistake when taking the order… The mussels, however, were delicious! I recommend it!

We had a wonderful evening by the water with our very friendly Franco-Belgian waiter. The rest of the staff were also very attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed the food; you could tell everything was fresh and homemade. Thank you for this lovely experience by the water, topped off with a beautiful sunset. I highly recommend it!

The charcuterie platter was very good, generous, and varied.
We were really disappointed by our fish, which was overcooked and somewhat shriveled, giving the impression of being reheated.
The rice was bland and sticky (not creamy like risotto).
We weren't there when it was busy; we were among the first to arrive.
The desserts were pleasant and refreshing.
The staff was friendly.

What a great find on the first night of our holiday in France. Fantastic service from all especially with our poor French! The food and drink was great at a very good price in a lovely setting next to the river
