A superb tour of the factory led by Maria, who took the time to explain the origins of Parli and the confectionery. We were able to taste all the sweets; it was fantastic! The children loved it as much as the parents 😀

A fantastic visit with Maria. We were able to watch the making of calissons, chocolate, and candied fruit, and even get a taste. I highly recommend it; it wasn't my first visit to a calisson confectioner, but it's by far my favorite.

We had a very enjoyable visit, including a tour of the workshops where we watched the production process live. Maria gave us a detailed presentation and let us taste the different calissons, candied fruits, nougat, and other delicacies... in short, a real treat for anyone with a sweet tooth!
