They need to hire more staff because the wait is very long for just two people. Even though the employees did what they wanted and moved very quickly. The self-service kiosk system they've set up is a real pain because people get served before us. On top of that, it takes them ages to realize that it's the receipt they're calling for. I can't imagine how long it takes to serve someone.
