I went to this bakery every morning during my stay in Sète. Honestly, the bread is very good and of high quality. The homemade sliced bread, plain or multigrain, is excellent and keeps well. The shop is very clean and well-stocked. As for the service, it was also impeccable—friendly, pleasant, and always smiling. The prices are in line with what you'd find elsewhere.
